When you arrive, I'll meet you inside the studio and we'll spend a few minutes talking about what you're hoping to get out of your session. We'll review any relevant health information, discuss areas you'd like to focus on, and make a plan together before we begin.
I'll then step out of the room to give you privacy to get settled on the massage table. At the end of the session, I'll step out again while you get dressed and will meet you outside the treatment room when you're ready.
Water is available in the studio, though I recommend bringing your own water bottle if you'd like to stay hydrated afterward. If you have long hair, you may find it helpful to bring a hair tie. I also recommend removing any jewelry before your appointment, or you can take it off once you arrive.

Whatever helps you feel most comfortable. Most clients receive massage without clothing and are professionally draped with sheets throughout the session to ensure comfort, privacy, and modesty. If you prefer to keep your undergarments on, that is absolutely welcome.
I recommend wearing comfortable clothing that's easy to change in and out of before and after your session.

It can be either—or a blend of both. Every session is tailored to your individual needs and goals.
Whether you're looking to calm your nervous system, address a specific area of pain or tension, or simply take time to rest and reconnect with your body, we'll work together to create the session that's right for you. My approach combines attentive, intuitive touch with goal-focused therapeutic bodywork, allowing each massage to be as unique as the person receiving it.

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to offer your appointment time to someone else who may be waiting.
I understand that emergencies and unexpected circumstances happen, and exceptions will always be made with compassion. If you're feeling sick, I kindly ask that you stay home and reschedule your appointment so we can help keep everyone healthy.
